Joshua Ying Haow Chen (陳應豪), AIA, NCARB, is a Senior Architect (USA) based in Hong Kong.
Before returning to Hong Kong, Joshua contributed to over thirty projects with discipline, attention to detail, and resourcefulness in HMC Architects' healthcare practice (Ontario, CA). Joshua is a licensed architect in the State of Illinois.
He is continuing to develop his expertise in the planning team at Wong & Ouyang (HK) Ltd. His recent experience includes the Redevelopment of Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital (under construction), the Chinese Medicine Hospital in Tseung Kwan O (under construction), the North Lantau Hospital Hong Kong Infection Control Centre (completed 2021), and a range of Design and Construction tenders.
